[Minor] No cause of death icons on Rankings from some stage-specific enemies/hazards #181

Describe the bug
In the 2nd Campaign stages:

  • Titanium Corridor & DejaVu Facility: Robo Ravil's bite attack (-10 HP)
  • Irradiated Lab: Indestructible bouncing bubbles

They do not have their respective icons for the cause of player death on Rankings

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open config.json in Notepad, set "secondCampaign" to true. Then add "tileset": "Titanium Corridor", "tileset": "DejaVu Facility" or "tileset": "Irradiated Lab". Be sure to add a , before the next line except when the next line is }. Save the file and close.
  2. Open Randamu.exe and start a run.
  3. Find specific enemy or hazard and then get defeated by it. If Robo Ravil, simply ride on top of it against the wall and get "bitten" by them. Do not get hit by their projectiles.
  4. Upon death, select "No" to view rankings. You do not see their respective icon.

1.45.2.2 (All versions, if you are testing BEFORE version 1.44, you must substitute tileset names with those from 1st campaign, example: Irradiated Lab to Chemical Lab)
