Display Metadata permission status on 1 line instead of 2

Currently, the metadata permission is displayed on 2 lines instead of 1. It should be displayed all on 1 line (like Data permission line)

Optionally, I would use add a change the label "Metadata" to "Metadata details" or "Metadata info" or something along those lines
