Modify dataset search for license #196
Description
On the create dataset page, you can search for a license. The functionality of that element works, but it can be styled similar to one of these boxes:
Also, there is no feedback to the user that their search did anything. After the search has been completed, i would have the "Select License" drop down box default to the first selection instead of being blank, indicating that something happened.
