Wildcards don't work. I downloaded wildcards and put it in the folder with the extension. But after entering "__" nothing happens. Could you please help me to solve this problem, what am I doing wrong? (in setting "search for wildcars" is enabled)

My best guess is that your wildcards are not in the right spot.
The script is designed to scan for wildcards in both the original old location and any extensions that might bring their own wildcards.

So any of the following should work:

• scripts\wildcards\
• extensions\wildcards\wildcards\
• extensions\<whatever you called it>\wildcards\

Important here is only that it will not scan the top level, but only wildcards folders inside a parent folder.
The reason for this is that it prevents duplicate detection if subfolders have the same name.

If you already have the wildcards in a folder like this, it might be a cache issue, try force refreshing the page with CTRL+F5.
In case that still doesn't work, I'll need more info like

• Are the wildcard file names correctly written to the tag autocomplete temp folder (wc.txt and wce.txt)?
• Any errors in the terminal or browser console?

I tried to change locations, but to no avail. The console does not show any errors. I took wildcards from the collection from mattjaybe, sd-dynamic-prompts-main and from an old script from jtkelm2. I don't think everyone has a problem with the names there. But I haven't installed any additional extensions that work with wildcards, other than this one.

I'm far from programming but I tried running in VisualCode a wildcard search script with debugging. Here's what it told me : "Svn installation not found."

If the files are empty it means the script didn't find any at all, so I still suspect a path issue. Are you absolutely sure you have a path that resembles stable-diffusion-webui\extensions\<*>\wildcards? I tried it out and it even works for me if the wildcards folder is in the folder of tag autocomplete itself.

The error is pretty much unrelated, that just means that your VS Code wasn't properly set up to reference the webui modules.
Svn is a version control system (which I don't use), it probably just means that your VS Code tried to initialize it but failed. Probably because you have an SVN plugin installed for it.

Thank you. It worked for me after I manually deleted the empty files in the temp folder and restarted the webui completely. (ctrl+F5 didn't help)
