Refactor blueapi utils and fix the snackbar

After beamline testing the current version (>0.0.11) can run bluesky plans but there are a few issues to be solved still:

• the snackbar doesn't fully work anymore - only on some errors
• when we have a "running plan" snackbar, it doesn't go away when the plan finishes. It should and a new success one should appear at that point
• We need more logging in the blueapi utils

We want both the console logging (which should have more info for when they ask us for help) but also a snackbar so the users know what is going on.

For every plan it should:

• Have an INFO message (that's in blue in the snackbar) saying "This plan is running"
• SUCCESS (green) for "Plan completed successfully"
• ERROR (red) for error/plan aborted
• Abort button should always have a WARNING message saying "I'm aborting"
