What criteria were the weight values (conso_pos, conso_how, conso_str, conso_voi, etc.) set for each phoneme (conso_pos, consonants and vowels)?

In addition, I would like to know the basis for calculating the background using Levenstein distance.

Are you asking about the criteria for setting the feature values for each phonetic symbol?

Unfortunately, there are no specific references for these values, as they were determined based on a personal hypothesis. The settings were made in a way similar to the MinMaxScaler format, considering phonetic characteristics such as position and shape.

(While not exactly the same, I took inspiration from a blog post that you might find useful. In addition to this, I also utilized phonetic features to develop the PronunciationEvaluator.)
