Add support for distributing amount of faults across layers #5
Description
Currently when multiple faults are chosen (Amount value in YAML file is > 1), the faults are applied to multiple values in the same layer tensor.
Add support for distributing these faults across the state space of all layer tensors that are chosen for injection.
