OBD and Unity Engine

Is there any way to use it inside unity , i want to create mobile app that displays rpm,speed etc for android.
Is it possible?

I would expect it to work but since Unity has a lot of custom things the SerialConnection might not work the same way as in the normal .net framework.
I have no personal experience with unity though.
