Apex Version 20.2 and 21.1 Not saved in DB first time in any browser

Expected behavior

All time Signature need to save in DB

Actual behavior

I using the plugin in multiple place in my application but same problem in all the screen is first time user open this screen not saved into DB but same user again updating it's working fine I will change any logic

Steps to reproduce the issue

First time not save into DB (New User) or new system.

APEX version (4.2.6 / 5.0.3)

Apex Version 20.2 and 21.1

Used web server / version and platform (ORDS 3.0.3 / Tomcat 7 / Apache 2.4 / Linux x64)

ORDS

Used web browser / version and platform (Chrome 48 Mac / Firefox 44 Windows)

Chrome and internet edge

I have a similar Error. On iOS (Safari) the Signature needs to be made twice. Only for new Users. After that, it works as expected. But when the User clears the Browser-Cache, the Error came back.
Did you solve the Error?
Info: APEX 23.1 with ORDS on 19c

After a little bit of testing, we now user the following workaround:
We habe two Regions.
Region 1 = SignName with one Text-Item and one Button "Next"
Region 2 = PlugIn with the SignPad with the Save-Button.
At the fist PageCall, a DynamicAction hide the Region 2, so only Region 1 is visible and forces the User to type in his Name.
He have a Text-Item in Region 1, where the Person how sign have to type in his name.
When he has typed his name, we have a Button "Next" to Submit the Page (Request = "Next")
After the Submit the Page reloads and a DynamicAction "onLoad" with Condition on the Request = "Next" show the PlugIn-Region 2 and makes the Region 1 "read only".

This is a little bit more work, but in works on all Divices and the User´s a not iritated or frustrated, when the Signature didn´t work at first try.

You try using the dynamic action plugin's event: signature saved to db [APEX Signature]
