Add RID list export for various radio programming software import formats #2
Description
Add a function to export the list of RIDs in a formatted file for import into various programming software packages.
Off the top of my head, those would be:
- UCL format for APX CPS
- Legacy XML for Astro25 CPS
- CSV Export for Armada
