no "document request button" on public interface

Hello,

We are trying to install your plugin at IEP Lyon.

Installation works, plugins is activated, rest api is working, tab "demande de documents" appears in user profiles, and we can create document request from professionnal interface.

But user are not able to create requests. There is no button "Empruntable sur demande" that we can find.

Can you give us some pointer ?
