chown on config.php

Hello, 

after restart docker or the whole Server (sles12) the owner of the config.php will change from www-data to root. The result is the MISP-Admin settings are not writeable!


Does anybody encounter the same problems? we already tried to find the process or script that does that, but with no luck so far
