Regarding speed, do you just notice a small delay while dragging the sliders or is the whole UI laggy? |

Awesome re: white balance. I think its the whole jpeg rendering on the fly way of doing things. I imagine it's fine on a top end graphics card but integrated graphics etc, is there another way of doing it? It just makes it feel a bit heavy, even if its a second-half a second delay |

Mainly referring to sliders, not the library navigation |

Obviously just my opinion but I think with the above 3 things implemented RapidRAW can be well on it's way for mass adoption.
Speed is an issue. I tested it on a geforce 1660 and it's still quite unpleasant to use. I was editing 24 megapixel files in Lightroom on a surface pro 2 circa 11 years ago and it was more responsive.
I think with the above 3 things implemented well, everything else will just be gravy. Oh, a culling method similar to the way CaptureOne does it will be amazing too. Fast and slick without trying to be too clever.
