libopenal dep do not install

Hi,
I face problems during:
The RPi Zero needs libopenal complied without ARM NEON support. These packages can be found in the workarounds directory of this repo. They can be installed over the existing libopenal libraries.

sudo apt install ./libopenal-dev_1.17.2-4_armhf.deb
results in
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
libopenal-dev : Depends: libopenal1 (= 1:1.17.2-4) but it is not going to be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

so, talkiepi can not find libopenal.so.1 (and the following dep)

As described I installed the lastest respbian on my zero W
cat /etc/os-release
PRETTY_NAME="Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)"
NAME="Raspbian GNU/Linux"
VERSION_ID="10"
VERSION="10 (buster)"
VERSION_CODENAME=buster
ID=raspbian
ID_LIKE=debian
....

I hope this issue can be traced back to my inexperience with linux systems. If so, you don't have to be shy with your reply (I can take that), as long as it helps me talking to the pi :)
