Went through the Assistant with a friend to make sure we didn't overlook anything, did some random digging on the visiphones and swiki to get values for certain things. Here is everything we found:

Special Augment Factors that need to be added:
Aether Factor, Lesser Stamina IV

Reverie Receptor needs to be added, as far as we know, it is the only missing receptor

S-Grade Augments that need to be added:
S1: Augment Will 2 (also missing from JP version, where it would be called S1: Augment Intent 2)

S3: Luminous Petalsea 2

Also note that on the Assistant S3: Luminous Petalsea is listed twice and with the exact same value of 23%

S3: Precision Partbreaker's Will, which is somewhat shortened in game due to text limit

this is on the Assistant, but still uses its JP name and is still listed as unavailable

S5: Finishing Blow (also missing from JP version, where it would be called S5: Parting Gift)

General fixes:
S2: Medical Grace/S2: Medical Grace 2 need adjusted values (and Grace 2 needs to be shown as available)

S2: Rainbow Will has an error in its description on the Assistant, being the inclusion of "35 second cooldown upon activation." although it does not have a cooldown

There is an issue with Glare Catalyst behaving like other catalysts in the Assistant where it behaves differently in game. In game, the only way to create it is with these options:

However, it also includes these options which are not possible:

This also interferes with an item with both Absolute Glare and Glare Catalyst, where it automatically assumes that because your recipe for Absolute Glare includes 3+ Glare Catalysts, the value listed for the chance of Glare Catalyst is adjusted to 30% no matter which method of creating it is chosen. Here is an example:

Where Glare Catalyst should be listed as 10%, as the only way to create it is via the bottom methods with each individual Glare listed.

Same Equipment boost works as intended, although the rounded values are misleading. Here is the % for Crack IV and Veteran's Resolve IV as of the current boost week with a 45% aid:
