apt-get update / install не работает (404 Not Found)

Шаги для воспроизведения

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y chrony

Результат

Err:1 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian buster/main armhf chrony armhf 3.4-4+deb10u2
  404  Not Found [IP: 93.93.128.193 80]

E: Failed to fetch http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian/pool/main/c/chrony/chrony_3.4-4+deb10u2_armhf.deb
E: Unable to fetch some archives

• sudo apt-get update возвращает аналогичную ошибку
• --fix-missing не помогает
• Ручная установка .deb невозможна — та же ошибка

Подскажите как исправить ?
