Nivo slider + carouFredSel for thumbnails? #47

Hi
I am wondering if I can use the carouFredSel for thumbnails in Nivo slider.
It seems a logical fit, if the thumbnails do not fit in one row. But the documentation on http://docs.dev7studios.com/article/23-getting-started-with-the-caroufredsel-jquery-plugin does not mention this at all.
So I guess it is possible, but where would I find documentation?
