Add detective magnifying glasses that pawns can equip

To do:

• Add the magnifying glass made by sir van
• Add a weapon/item def that adds better sight when pawns equip the magnifying glass, it is unlocked and grouped under complex clothing or melee weapons/it is more a tool than a weapon.
