Bug - WaitForSelectorAsync not working when navigating

The unit tests are currently skipped, need to fix the bug and get them working.

Internally the implementation relies on getting the correct errors from `DevTools` when the execution context is disposed.

Issue https://github.com/MicrosoftEdge/WebView2Feedback/issues/1609 needs to be fixed before this can be resolved.
