The "Section" item is shown on the summary screen after passing the activity

Preconditions:
The user is logged in at https://web.mindlogger.org/
The user has an applet with an activity and marked checkbox "Show report at the end of the activity"(Reports tab)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the applet.
2. Click on the needed activity.
3. Pass the activity.
4. Pay attention to the summary screen.

Actual result:
The "Section" item is shown on the summary screen after passing the activity.

Expected result:
The "Section" item doesn't show on the summary screen after passing the activity.

From what I've tested, this issue (I think) is resolved.

Note: I have not tested it on the web app. My comment (above) should have mentioned that my testing occurred only on mobile app versions
