OEUnit on OE12.2?

Hi,

Has anyone gotten OEUnit working from within Developer Studio/Eclipse of OE12.2?
Created the toolbar button/menu item as per the instructions, but nothing happens when clicking it...
Guess we'll have to give in and start using ABLUnit after all?

Unfortunately I don't work with OpenEdge/Eclipse any more so I'm not really able to test.

One reason it may not be working because Progress have changed the API for integrating with OpenEdge-Architect/Developer Studio/Eclipse. I had used a lesser known API to render results in the Developer Studio UI. Using one of progress's include files adecomm\oeideservice.i in src/OEUnit/UI/ResultsWindow.w

It looks like the API to this include file may have had breaking changes, so probably just need to update ResultsWindow.w to use the new API: https://knowledgebase.progress.com/articles/Article/000045816

If it's just an issue with the custom buttons themselves - might be able to debug with Progress's documentation.

I've done a comparison between oeideservice.i/.p between 11.7 and 12.2 and they are identical, so there must be something else silently failing.

It seems like the code hangs on ResultsWindow getViewHwnd call in the main block.
It also seems like opening a .w first (which initializes the built in AppBuilder environment?), helps to work around this.
It's not even necessary to open it in 'design view', simply opening a .w in code editor is enough.
There still an issue when closing the "ABL Display" view.
You then get the error:
Widgets have been unrealized because the form which contained them was closed before the widgets were destroyed. The AVM may be in an unstable state. (16679)
After that you're lost and any subsequent attempt to run a test returns:
**Unable to realise FRAME DEFAULT-FRAME. (4025)
Restarting the AVM of the project of the unit test you're trying to run seems to fix this...

It seems the easiest workaround is to no longer embed the ResultsWindow in Eclipse by commenting out the IF runningInArchitect block.
