Change structure of Base and Home

You need to add some differences between base ( / ) and home ( /home ) screens. First you need to add link of home screen in base if there is id in local storage. second if id there is not in session storage home screen will be same with base screen , but if exists we must be add which polls that he is owner , and polls that he is voter; For owner part you need to check this id where the poll owner_id and for voter you need to check this id where is the any poll voters.id , and thats it show the data

• Link to home screen in base (if there is id)
• Show current structure in base (if there is not id)
• Show same with base in home (if there is not id)
• Show owner part and voters part in home screen (if there is id)
