Release pipeline changes

• Release each module as a separate page (waiting for 1.0 release)
  • Create separate CF and MR pages for each module;
  • Ensure dependencies aren't duplicated between modules;
  • Ensure all modules depend on base
• Files on Modrinth get the game version appended twice (e.g. here);
• Ensure all modules can work independently of each other;
• Patch notes link is broken.
