Improve performance analysis

#779 added basic components for a performance analysis. Currently, the analysis builds the modules, runs all tests, extracts their running times and uploads them to GitHub Pages. For now, we have a very simple display that can be extended with other information:

Tasks/Options:

• Add project versions and commit hashes to the entries
• Create an overall better looking web page
• Use specific test cases/performance benchmarks to get a better performance analysis (e.g. current tests include tests for the CLI arguments...)
