Implement l18n localization of the GUI and link generation #61
Description
Use the locale field of the user node to present a localized GUI and generate search links relevant to the user's country (e.g. amazon.co.uk links for users in the UK, or netonnet.se links for users in Sweden). Use cookies to temporarily store last-used locale, even when the user logs out.
