+2012年，Alex Krizhevsky用一個Deep Learning model贏得了ILSVRC 2012的冠軍，他把分類誤差記錄從 26% 降到了 15%。這個Deep Learning model就是AlexNet，它證明瞭CNN在complex model下的有效性，GPU的實現使得training在可接受的時間範圍內得到結果。
