Evernote - Creation of tokens has been disabled

When I try to get a token I see this message from Evernote: "Update: the creation of developer tokens is temporarily disabled. Any other way to import data?"

I'm working on a new cli app to import the evernote's note, but now you will need a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, sadly. If someone share with me a consumer key and secret to put on the cli app, I can make it default, so it'd a lot easier for the user.

I've made some adjustments and now it a lot easier to import the notes.
