App does not ask for permissions to access Desktop/Downloads/Documents etc. in MacOS

Title. According to https://github.com/tofi86/universalJavaApplicationStub#use-a-compiled-binary-for-macos-1015-and-above, the solution would be to replace awt with swing. I suppose it is not that easy, but check and fix.
