Passthrough tpll broken due to incorrect formatting

In CommandPreProcess there is a space on line 17 causing the command to always be incorrect.
command.setMessage(pluginName + ": " + command.getMessage().substring(1));

What's your use case for that?

I can probably fix it but generally that option will most likely be deprecated and removed because I see no need.
If it's literally the same command just give not the T+- Tpll Permission and you'll be good. Or use command alias.
You could also contribute the fix - would appreciate it.
