Broken links in wiki #249

Describe the bug
The links to new-relic data & roster editor are broken, the repos they are linking to are removed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to https://github.com/BSData/catalogue-development/wiki/Data-Author-Guide
- Click on the link: https://github.com/giloushaker/nr-editor/releases
- See error
