[APIView] add source branch to metadata

Addition to #13137.

For the inner loop customization work, we want to ensure that we're working off the correct branch when adding customizations to address API feedback. Currently, PR source info is available, but the APIView may be generated off of a feature/main branch instead of a PR. So, it would be helpful to have the source branch available in metadata.
