Command %adl liststoreaccounts does not declare the number for list store account

Describe the bug
Command %adl liststoreaccounts does not declare the number for list store account, but the result displayed 5 store accounts, that will make user confusing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run command "%adl liststoreaccounts"
2. Observe the result.

Expected behavior
Should declare the list store account number in this command, otherwise, that will be confusing to user why that can list 5 items.

Additional context
If declare the list number, please limit negative numbers, for list number negative number should be invalid.

Should support default config values. So that user no need to specify the values.
