SearchLog.tsv data run result is different with original data

Describe the bug
it will add '\ufeff in some sample data

To Reproduce

1. run sample_data = %adl sample --account devtooltelemetryadls --file_path /Samples/Data/SearchLog.tsv --file_type tsv --encoding utf-8 --row_number 5
2. check the result
3. go to devtooltelemetryadls/Samples/Data/SearchLog.tsv to check the original data
4. the data start with "399266"

Expected behavior
run result should same with original data
