To migrate from AKS 1.30 to 1.30LTS

・AKS: v1.30.6

■I am thinking of migrating from AKS1.30 to 1.30LTS.
Please tell me which of the following is the correct process for migrating.
①AKS1.29⇒AKS1.30⇒AKS1.30LTS
②AKS1.29⇒AKS1.30⇒NG (cannot migrate to LTS)
Also, if you have experience migrating to 1.30LTS, please let me know how you did it.
In particular, please let me know if there are any settings that are specific to the LTS migration.
