CPU freq needs 3 digits of precision because on FreeBSD turbo mode is 3.201 (vs 3.200 GHz max freq)

As the title states, on FreeBSD 14 I have atop showing me 3.20GHz whether it's 3.201 or 3.200 GHz. The turbo mode on my Intel CPU shows up as 3.201 GHz on FreeBSD, that's just the way it is. And right now, atop makes it impossible to see if you're in a turbo mode or not. Does this make sense?
