Automate wiki page to ensure the publication of latest commit #121

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The content from the wiki's repo will not publish unless the owner of the netlify account (Alish) pulls the latest commit and runs the quarto publish netlify their machine.

I would like the wiki page's repo to function similarly to the repo for the DevDev site.
