Bump ip and @pm2/agent

Removes [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@pm2/agent](https://github.com/keymetrics/pm2-io-agent). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `ip`

Updates `@pm2/agent` from 2.0.1 to 2.0.4
