[Errno 60] Operation timed out

while trying to connect() , it takes some time and throw an Error msg -

TimeoutError: [Errno 60] Operation timed out

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

socks.GeneralProxyError: Socket error: [Errno 60] Operation timed out

Solution please
