unusable parts in start #1

the following are defined for the start of the game

@PART[basicFin|solidBooster_sm|solidBooster_sm_v2|trussAdapter|parachuteSingle|probeCoreSphere_v2|probeCoreSphere|sensorThermometer|sensorBarometer|longAntenna]
	{	@TechRequired = start
	}

and later in the file

@PART[Mite|Shrimp]
	{	@TechRequired = start
	}

but the parachuteSingle can't be attached to any vehicle utilising the basic probe core, and one of these solid boosters has too big a diameter to really look right.

Is this intentional? It seems weird to provide parts that can't be used straight away.

(I have restock, but that shouldn't really impact this, and I'm not sure what the v2 versions of these parts are... are they upgrades from one of the official extension packs? I have both)
