Specific Mirror Dungeon EGO Gift Hunting

Now that the new hidden achievements have come out, (and two featuring the wealth and philosophy EGO gifts, both extremely hard to obtain, as well as having a lunacy reward) I thought about the bot being used in a different way.

Instead of grinding mirror dungeon for the battle pass experience, they could be grinded for a certain EGO gift, and it wouldn't claim rewards unless it got the exact gift that it wants.
