having performance issues with 138 that i'm not having with 130

i don't know what might be the cause but i've been using 130 for a while and i can easily have 1k tabs open, no issues other than slowness.
but after 138 came out, i updated and i lost my sessions twice because plasma terminated the processes for memory safety and to protect memory. an issue i never once had with 130.

i tried avx2, sse4 and sse3 versions if that makes any difference.
with 130 i've been using sse3
