Detector auto-detection

In the previous queuing system, -1 was an acceptable parameter to auto-select the detector. The underlying C programs do not support this option, but it can be implemented in the wrapper layer. 

NOTE: Need to confirm with beamline scientists what the conditions are to auto-select a detector.
