ActivityWatch Not Logging Anything

For some reason it worked for a while for tracking how many hours I've worked, but now for some reason it doesn't show any of my activity in the dashboard and said it was empty, but it showed it in the timeline. I tried restarting the extension and now it won't connect saying localhost refused to connect.
