How to start the firefox plugin?

I installed the xpi-file, but I see no way to start the CAC.

How can I start it?

I'm sorry that the operating mode of the CAC Firefox Plugin is not explained very clearly. After successful installation, an accessibility icon should appear in the Firefox menubar. See attached image. Just click it and the plugin starts.

Thanks for you answer.
The icon was not there by default. I had to right-click the "Symbolleiste" and drag-and-drop the icon from "Symbolleiste anpassen".

Would be great, if you could change the README.md, because I think the firefox plugin is most convenient for most people for quickly checking their website.
