Feature Request: Hotkey to Toggle Status #83
Description
It would be useful if there was a configurable hotkey shortcut to toggle the blocking status for this plugin.
For example. the default could be Ctrl+Alt+Shift+D, and then there could be a new tab in the settings titled Hotkeys where it (and perhaps other hotkeys) could be set by the user.
It may also be useful if there were two other hotkeys for only turning it ON or OFF, such that a user could have a hotkey to turn it ON, but leave it without an OFF hotkey, if they find that they're cheating themselves with it.
