Feature: Junction detection for mask skeletons #6
Description
Problem / Motivation
It has been requested that 'junctions' (where mask skeleton lines meet) are documented and analysed, these will mostly be 'T-junctions' or 'crossroads', but may occasionally have more than 4 lines converging to one point.
Proposed solution
Code exists in TopoStats that can be used as a starting point for this addition, it would be best to bring that in to then optimise for PerovStats.
