Feature: Calculate grain circularity #5

Problem / Motivation
It has been requested that grain circularity ratings be calculated for each grain found, to be saved to the grain-specific .csv file (grain_statistics.csv)
Proposed solution
TopoStats has a version of this so it may be best to copy that code across to get it implemented. This may mean extending the Grain class to include individual masks to align with how to code runs, but this will most likely also be helpful for later too.
