Problems with calculating area #64
Description
Whilst working through processing of images detailed in these
slides @ns-rse
found that whilst the images are processed the area of pores is not correctly calculated, everything comes out as zero.
You can see this by running the notebooks/AFMSlicer_compare_slicing.py notebook where the attributes
AFMSlicer.area_by_layer and fig_area_per_layer show that the values are all zero.
This will obviously need investigating and fixing.
