Compatibility with old plans #133
Description
The way that plans are saved in the database store each graphic symbol image urls, so the oldest maps are displayed weirdly (different size of textures, no textures, ...).
We should at least update the old map records in the db to ensure their display, and maybe find a way to avoid this for futur updates.
