WebUI: Implement Dynamic Policies configuration

Description

In the current WebUI there is a section reserved for Dynamic Policies.
At the moment, this area only displays placeholder strings and does not provide any configuration functionality.

Problem

• The section takes up space in the UI but has no actual functionality yet.

Solution

• Implement UI support for Dynamic Policies configuration.
• Integrate backend endpoints.
